Congratulations and then I had my You know I went to the gym this morning. It was great.

And then I had my regular shake and something about my morning I was like dozing off on the subway.

I was like I'm never this tired in the morning.

Are you getting enough sleep? I didn't get enough sleep but I got I didn't get too

little sleep do you know what I mean I got yeah I got like the the

Goldie locks level asleep how much is that just right I guess I wish I had

more but it was it was it was just right to get through a day all right well

Tucker yeah keep an eye on Ryan it's seeing him starting to doze off especially as

I'm describing comics just you know give him a nudge. Yeah. Although Tucker is such a you know tall

drink of water that if he gives you a nudge might knock you right over. Yeah like a

like a breeze from a tall drink of water. Yeah, exactly.
