I'm coming off a respiratory infection, which literally has me sweating right now as I record this. So yeah, bear with me this week. I'll make my introductions really, really fast.
1:02.1	We got Michael Wicked on the show today. He's going to talk about how many of us delay our sense of happiness and joy until we reach the goal. And that's just not a good way to live our
1:10.2	lives. We can't just keep delaying our happiness and our
1:14.1	gratitude. We have to feel happy and joyful along the ride. Michael Wicket's coming up.
1:22.8	Tonight I want to share one simple idea that I know everybody here can use to create a whole new
1:27.0	dimension of happiness.
1:28.0	Let's imagine that we were on a train trip.
1:30.7	And let's imagine it was a trip of several days.
1:32.7	And at the end of the trip, there was going to be a band and flags were going to be waving and friends were going to be waiting.
1:39.0	And there's going to be a very, very wonderful experience once we got there.
1:42.5	And it was a trip of several days, and we were so
1:44.8	preoccupied with getting there and having this beautiful experience that we ended up pacing the aisles
1:50.2	and counting the miles and missing the beautiful scenery along the way. And yet, don't we do that in
1:56.8	life? Don't we get so caught up in this future event that's going to make me happy? This future experience, this goal that is going to transform my life, that we miss the
2:05.6	now, and we miss the trip. I want to suggest that if we're living for a future destination,
2:12.6	we're cheating ourselves of the happiness and joy that can be ours right now.
2:18.8	You see, true joy in life is in the trip, not in the destination.
2:24.9	And I want to invite you tonight to begin to relish every single day of your life in this trip called Earth.
2:30.6	There is no future time when life's going to be wonderful, but life can be wonderful today,
