It is time once again for the morning mindset edition of the Liberal Change

podcast. I am Carrie Green and I want to ask you how is your day going so far? This morning mindset is aimed at helping you make sure

that no matter what happens, this day goes well for you and it doesn't have to do with circumstance. It has to do with your mindset.

This is the morning mindset.

This is an opportunity for you to determine right now, hopefully at the beginning of your day,

how your mindset is going to be throughout the day, because that's what will determine what you feel and how you

respond to the things that happen in your life. It really is a mental thing that

happens every day. We've been trying to find our encouragement most recently

from the life of Moses and we're in Exodus chapter 3 where Moses has

encountered God in the burning bush.

And Moses has responded in appropriate humility

as he discovers he's standing before

and hearing the very presence of God as God speaks to him and Moses hides his face

he's afraid to look at God and the Lord says in verse 7 I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and

have heard their cry because of their taskmasters. I know their sufferings.

And I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians and bring them up out of the land to a good and broad land, a land flowing with milk and honey.

And now behold, the cry of the people of Israel has come to me. milk and honey.

Now behold, the cry of the people of Israel has come to me.

I've also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them.

Come, I will send you to Pharaoh, that you may bring my people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt.

But Moses said to God, like many of us would probably say,

who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the children of Israel out of Egypt.
