1:17.3	In fact, Tom selected me over the man who went on to become the most successful show host
1:24.7	working in television today. Not the most talented, just the most successful. Thanks to Tom Frank's
1:31.8	completely inexplicable casting decision way back when I got my big break, a big break
1:39.1	that opened up all sorts of avenues, including the one that led to the podcast you're listening
1:43.8	to right now. But Tom Frank is much more than a former producer who gave me a big break.
1:51.6	Tom is now one of the most sought after consultants in Silicon Valley. For the last few years,
1:58.4	he's worked as a career coach, counseling, high-powered CEOs in the tech industry. And
