Summary

Every moment of our lives, we are shaping the energy that surrounds us—but where is that energy flowing? Without intention, we risk scattering our energy, getting stuck in unfulfilling cycles, and losing sight of our true purpose. When we set a clear intention, however, we give the Light form—we decide how it manifests in our lives. In this episode of Spiritually Hungry Podcast, we explore the difference between goals and intentions, the hidden impact of negative desires, and how the strongest intention always wins. Tune in for a special live recording from Rome to discover how setting an authentic intention can elevate your spiritual journey and align your actions with the essence of your soul.

Tonight we're going to talk about how identifying our intentions can change every facet of our lives.

0:57.1

Goals are things that we set out to do. They're things we desire. But the thing with goals is that we can get so

1:20.9

If I only get to this point at this specific time in this specific way, then I'll be happy.

1:27.2

So goals and intentions are very

1:28.6

different. Intentions are more about things that we both will and that we desire. And it dictates

1:38.8

what we experience and what we create.

1:45.2

There's a book called The Seat of the Soul by Gary Zucca, and he talks about how

1:50.8

intentions are the cause, and then we also have to deal with the effect.

1:57.2

So he says every action, thought, feeling is motivated by an intention. And that intention is a cause that exists as one with an effect. In the most profound way, we're held responsible for our every action, thoughts, and feelings, which is to say for every intention. So let me give you an example. Oprah talked about,

pleasing, like millions of other people in the world. Who in the room is a people pleaser? Many.

I'm a recovering people pleaser. Everybody has this to some extent, unless you're him,

but live in this kind of reality where we are a slave to the desires of other people, what they
