Summary

Teresa Wallace was training sharp shooters in the Army when she recognized she has a knack for teaching and coaching. Today she strategizes with the best and brightest in their fields, helping achievers strengthen self-confidence and hit their targets. She is the President of Agility Leadership Coaching and the Sunday Serenity Leadership Coach. In her work with leaders, Teresa uses a three-step process—Aware, Act, Achieve—to help her clients learn new skills to address new challenges and get their confidence and peak performance back, so they can REST instead STRESS on Sunday nights.
