Okay? Turns out perfection is nonsense and we can have peace if we just change our

perspective. The problem is everyone on Instagram makes perfect look

really real. I can follow those people. Do you? If somebody's making you feel bad,

don't follow them. Stop it. So this week I had quite a perspective shift. I feel like I'm

constantly talking about my medication and how it wasn't working. So, well, I just had some side effects I didn't like and so I tried to change

this medication it's been two months two months can feel like 19 years when you are dealing with changing your medication and you know what I did?

I tried several different ones and I tried nothing for a while and I gave up and I cried psycho pharmacological uncle and went back on the

one that I stopped two months ago. So anyway not sure what the point of that was, but it is what happened and I'm

feeling a lot better. Turns out you do you don't know what you have until it's gone?

Didn't someone write a song about that?

The grass was not greener

over at the other antidepressants.

So anyway, whatever, I'm back, and there's that.
