So I'd like to start off with number one key, what I call the psychology of time management. The psychology of time management of T. M. Psychology of time management is based on a very

simple principle called the law of control. Now the law of control simply says this. You feel good about yourself, you feel positive

to the degree to which you feel you are in control of your own life. And you feel negative

to the degree to which you feel you are not in control of your own life. Psychologists call this

the difference between an internal locus of control. That's where you feel that you're the control of your own life. Psychologists call this the difference between an internal locus of control.
