enough, which is enthusiasm.

I used to work at a personal training facility, and the boss was Todd Durkin, a really big time personal trainer,

but really well known. And he used to always tell us about contagionism, right? You got to have

enthusiasm because when you're enthusiastic, it's contagious, right? It makes everybody else's

energy lift up a couple notches because you're enthusiastic about what you

are doing. And when you're enthusiastic, I mean, you just vibrate on a different level. You start

attracting more people. You start attracting more success. I mean, imagine if I let off this

He's not passionate about it.

Like, so why should I listen?

It's the energy.

It's the enthusiasm that gets people to tune in.
