All right. So today I want to talk to you about something so important. And that is the message, the take-home message of letting you know that you're

not alone in what you're going through and what you're feeling and anything you've been facing

through this pandemic. I just want you to know today that you're not

alone. And I'm going to give you some really powerful tools that have helped me to shift out of a

perspective that is not empowering, especially in a crazy time like this in the world. So if you have

been feeling sad, if you feel alone, if you feel uninspired to build

your business or to go for your dreams, if you have been feeling fearful, if you felt angry,

if you have even felt depressed, I just want to let you know you're not alone. People are feeling

so many different emotions in this time and people are going through so much right now. So first and

foremost, I want to just remind you that we have been being fed with such a fear-based message

for months and months. We have had an imbalance in our normal everyday life, whether it be that you travel a lot

and travel has been hindered, whether it be that your local area is still shut down. It depends on what

state you're in. Things might appear to be back to normal as we're in other states. They're just

not yet. Also, this depends on what country you're listening

in from. But our normal everyday life has been thrown off in its balance. The world has been in chaos,

but also we have been fed so much fear-based messaging. Everything from when the pandemic first

started and being told how horrible it

was going to be and how millions and millions of people were going to die.
