learning all the terms and definitions that you're going to need to know

to make sense of this crazy home buying process.

and this is step seven in our 10-step, how to buy your first home process. Step seven is to learn the game like a player so you can beat it. Yeah, I talk like that. Today we're going to go over

the terms and definitions. That means we're going to explain all the freakish language that the lawyers and the lenders and the realtors they created

to make the home buying process so difficult that you feel like a dumb dumb. It's like you need to

learn a whole other freaking language. First up, you really need to know the difference between a pre-qualified

loan and a pre-approved loan. Now, some of you out there for sure, you should be up to date

on FHA loans, on conventional loans, VA loans, USDA loans, and even Jumbo loans. That's a thing.

It's not just for shrimp. And what about the word escrow?

It can mean like 18 different things.

It's kind of like Aloha, if you've ever been to Hawaii.

It's people use that word escrow for everything.

And what can get even more nuts is the word broker, it can be so maddening because
