Well, what is ex-communication given the news in the past week with Cuomo and New York and the pro-aboard Catholics and everything that's gone down?

People are asking for the ex-communication of voted officials who are doing these pro-abort laws.

And today with me is co-host Tim Gordon.

Murdered up to birth and they're celebrating and lighting up the buildings and it's horrific.

Later in the day when Roe was heard

that day in 1973, there's a little known case called Doe

that was paired with Roe.

And it added what we call judicial gloss.

Roe had the dicta in the holding that made it sound as vaguely weaponized ambiguity that third term abortions were illegal, leaving it open.

Doe added gloss later that day to the effect that a woman could have a third term abortion if the woman had medical reasons
