Matt's producing behind the wall and what are we

talking about today Cody? Liar liar yes liar the name of a movie with Jim

Carey which we were just talking about.

And the concept here is that if we just told the truth

at work with our colleagues, and now this sounds really simple,

but it's actually more profound than it seems at first glance I think.

If we just had an environment where we're constantly telling each other the truth, how much more we get done and how much better relationships would be and how we'd all

improve so much more.

But it's harder to do than it seems.
