Today, guys, we have Dr. Pion, author of this amazing workbook, the DBT workbook for

adult, for alcohol and drug addiction.

Obviously, I'm into it because I'm studying to become a therapist.

And thank you for reaching out to me about this.

But you're also sober.

So I'd love to hear.

I want to hear your story and kind of your journey.

And then I want to get into this book because I feel like I can't wait to start filling this out.

So I know hopefully the squad finds it as useful of a tool as I have in the first 35 pages I've read.

So what it was like, my story i was born in southern california

fourth out of eight children i was raised an alcoholic family there was uh i was bullied

there was a lot of neglect, emotional abuse. When I was 13, the company my dad worked for got bought out by 3M,

and we had to relocate to Minneapolis, Minnesota, which was a big change for all of us.

It was very traumatic for all of us.

Yeah, that's a huge change.

I've been to that campus also because I'm from the Midwest.
