Just passing this along, because I keep learning in life,

okay, but I learned that it's good to try to bring God into my mind repeatedly during the day and you have to actively do that.

Yeah, intentional.

Yeah, because the culture's not doing that.

So, okay, fine.

But the neat thing that I heard was that it doesn't have to be

something profound and big every time.

So just a little phrase that you can keep going back to,

to touch base with him.

And for me, it's just thank you Lord so I'm like okay I don't have the

energy to have this big long whatever but I just want to thank you just

real quick and that's really helpful to me. It's been helpful for me to get over the guilt trip for not being longer all the time or not doing it. Like just I know you're here.

Talking about verses from the Bible that are really resonating, so these are things I'm trying to like memorize or re-memorize or something.

I started to get into memorizing the last few years, but here's one, I love this, Psalm 374, and maybe you've heard this before,

a lot of people haven't though. It says, delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. I want to focus on the first part of that.

Yeah. I think it's easy to go, oh give me the desires of my heart. I understand that.

Honestly, growing up the idea of delighting in the Lord would not have never really resonated.

Like how, like he's the scary sheriff in the sky.

Yeah.
