I like this question. So,

Jason, you need to remember to put the frozen steak that's in the freezer

in the fridge to thaw out overnight. What technology or app do you use if any to remember that you need to do this?

Listen to Brian, I'm going to blow your mind. Here's the technology that I use. I don't remember to do it because I don't bother.

And then I get out my Suvie immersion cooker and fill up a pot with cold water and put in the immersion cooker and set it to the lowest

temperature possible to basically not heat it, just circulate. And I put the steak in and it's thawed in probably less than 30 minutes

because with the circulating water it will very rapidly thaw that meat. So I don't thaw meat overnight anymore. I use the immersion

circulator to thaw the meat before right, and then I cook it. Sometimes I just put it at the target temperature and throw in the

frozen meat and cook it suveed, but sometimes I don't. Yeah, so that's my

answer. I know what you were going for here, but that's my answer is I use technology to mean that I

don't need to move the frozen snake steak first of snake oh no it could be it could be a

snake steak who knows into the into the fridge from the freezer all, so I have two follow-up questions.

One, what is your Suvede?
