Hello and welcome back to this special episode of Luke's English podcast in which you join me on a walk through central London

let's recap on what happened in part one

uh... so i recorded this last week when I was on holiday staying at a friend's flat in Stockwell down in South London.

And on the day that I recorded this, I needed to go into town to visit the doctors for a couple of immunization

injections before going on holiday to Indonesia.

That's right, I'm going to Indonesia at the end of next week, so I needed to get some jabs some injections to make

sure I didn't get sick so I decided on this day to take a nice walking route to the doctors, taking the underground to

Victoria Station and then walking round in front of Buckingham Palace and I

walked past some Royal Guards doing their

parades I walked past a guy selling weed in front of Buckingham Palace which is a very

brave thing to try and do I I walked past some ducks, some joggers, some tourists,

and I went across the Mal and then up towards Piccadilly Circus and we ended part one with me walking up

Haymarket which is a street going towards Picadilly Circus in order to get some

lunch and some coffee in Soho before heading towards Wigmore Street near Oxford Circus for my injections.

As I said on the previous episode, London is a very noisy city, especially the centre of London, so I

really apologize for any background noise which makes it hard for you to hear what

I'm saying. I hope that the noise doesn't stop you from enjoying this trip through

Central London on a hot summer day. I'm really enjoying sharing this one with you. As I said before I love London and I love the opportunity

to share the atmosphere of London and so I hope that you're enjoying it too. In this particular

episode I'll take you through some touristy areas, some cool spots in

Soho and we'll also investigate some of the more seedy parts of Central London that you might not notice as a tourist.
