yourself. Oh, thanks for having me. So I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist

and nutrition coach in real life. I'm also a mama to two little girls. I have a four-year-old

and a two-year-old at home. So it is chaos. I live in chaos. But I started Fism Mama Bear because I kind of got

out of the world. I used to coach figure competitors. And I got out of that world and started

coaching moms and realized that again, life is chaos as a mom, but you still kind of want to make
