But before we dive in, I'd love for you to tell everyone who you are and what you do

Well I recently wrote a book called Get the Hell Out of Debt because it's based on a process that I've been teaching for many years so I run an online

And yeah so I'd love for you to just walk us through your personal story with debt. How did you get into debt and how much debt did you find yourself with?

Well, I was in the financial industry because I was buying up real estate at the time. I thought I was doing the right thing and building this real estate portfolio. I also had a mortgage brokerage and so I was considered a financial expert. I was doing really well on that side of things, but personally I was really struggling. I just didn't have enough cash and I couldn't figure out if I had all these assets like why was I still struggling so much and so I finally just
