No, so the the Milky Box have had 20 years of just incompetent ownership in bad bad

so the big problem with the box in a nutshell is a

Focusing too much on like the near term and not enough on like having a long term plan like that's been it's always

What's next was that what's optimized for this coming year and you end up making decisions and doing stuff

So you're not building for the future and the problem is they they have this superstar and it's been clear

It's gonna be a superstar for a while and and it's like well finally can we actually build for the future?

I said I've always building for next year and of course over the last three summers that hasn't really happened and then this past summer

our GM job opened for for various complicated reasons and

We have this terrible process with ownership fighting with each other

And we ended up promoting like this to this like random guy who'd been the front office for like 10 years in the middle who'd been there for all kinds of pet decisions

You know the GM and and all that aside at the press conference the owner who who hired him

Whether or not he had the agreement with the other owners questionable which goes back to the team's kind of inherent dysfunction

But he said something effective well those guys in Philadelphia tackle the process of what we care about here's

The zones and it was like it was painful because that's always been the problem of the bucks is focusing on near-term results and not taking about the process and

The whole point of what filled up is gone through the past few years is to have being this position where they have multiple

like potential stars

going forward and and then

Hilariously just to kind of bring it home

They now have a better record and a better point differential in the bucks this year

So if you care about results then it's also not so great
