We got Bob Proctor on the show to lead off your week. And today, Bob is going to talk about

your programming and specifically your subconscious mind. One of the best things I've ever

learned in life is this, is that you have, and I have as well, the ability to consciously accept and reject information.

And so when you accept information without thinking about it, it plops right down there into your

subconscious mind and you begin to act on it. It begins to give direction to your life,

which is why when people try to convince me

and you hear it all over the place,

like I'm oppressed, I have a conscious ability

to be like, no, I am not oppressed.

Because if I were to accept that,

on a conscious level,

it gets into my subconscious

and I begin to take actions of an oppressed person.

And when you think you're oppressed, when you accept that, you can only get results that are

equal to your oppression, if that makes sense. So never accept anything that drags you down.

Never support negative thoughts or negative ideas from other people because they have a way on a real, like, scientific mind level to really affect your life.

So be selective about your thoughts.

Be selective about what you accept.

So it doesn't go into your subconscious mind.
