After breaking free from this traumatic relationship, Teresa channeled her strength into writing her book, "My Rock My Hard Place," narrating her survival through domestic violence. Driven by her own ordeal, Teresa went on to establish Survive Rise To Thrive, an organization committed to offering services and education to fellow abuse survivors. The organization's mission is to empower individuals to cultivate a resilient mindset and build a better life beyond the shadows of abuse.
