That's how I'm feeling.

It's winter time.

I'm speaking of my soul. It's wintertime in my step one is admitting you have seasonal depression. Step two is dealing with it for the rest of your life.

How are you doing? Is it any better in Florida? The days are still shorter, which is the thing you forget. Just because the

days are sunnier, they're still shorter. So I had a little, it's called a happy light. I had one in

my closet that I brought down here and thought to myself, why did I even bring this? I'll never

need this again. And I was contemplating, should I get this out again? Should I start using this? And then I decided to

instead just get a minor cold from the guys at work. And I don't think that was a decision that you

should have made. I mean, I mean, it was a choice that was made by my body. And it forced me to

spend most of Sunday on the couch and it was pouring rain.

So I had no guilt about like not doing anything except for watching Black Mirror and getting

freaked out constantly while I was in a Theraflu haze.

And you got to listen to your body except for when your body is telling you to be mopey for weeks at a time.

And then you got to be like, bitch, I got a life to live.

And then you just still got a deal with it every day.

I'm sorry, girl.

I mean, look, there are worse problems to have.

I'm very lucky that I don't feel like this all the time.
