Not only will this phrase help make your marriage last lifetime it will also help your

marriage to stay shiny and amazing because it's not just the words coming out of

your mouth and and the fact that your husband hears them that make them powerful.

Although that's certainly part of it, he will respond to you better.

This phrase is also going to change your heart. It does double duty that way and that's why I consider it the most powerful

intimacy skill of all. The phrase I'm referring to is, are you ready for this? Write this down. The phrase is, thank you. I'm so happy that you and fill in the end of the sentence was something that he did that was thoughtful or lighten your load or made you feel good.
