And this morning, I looked up some stats.

And the current stat for 2024 is that 30% of adults say they have experienced loneliness at least once a week over the past year, while 10% say they are lonely

every day. The more connected we get, it seems, like on social media and such, the more lonely

we feel in our real lives. And Leo Buscalia today is going to talk about how to overcome that sense of loneliness.

And he's also going to talk about how to survive the realities of romantic love.

You know, recently on a rap show, I heard a woman say, and it was incredible.

An intelligent lady, it's only that we really don't listen to ourselves very often.

She said, you know, I've spent the last 20 years trying to change my husband.

And I'm very disappointed in him.

He's no longer the man I married.

Isn't that marvelous?

You know, would you want to be anything else but a human being?

I love, I don't know how many of you love Rodney Dangerfield,

but he says the craziest thing, this is the zenith of what I'm talking about.

He says, we sleep in separate rooms, we have dinner apart, we take separate vacations, we're

doing everything we can to keep our marriage together.

Isn't that outrageous?
