because I wasn't going to be here and that just it's not hard but it's another thing

that I need to do that takes me away from other things that I should be doing.

Let me explain we are going to be changing some things and I mentioned this the other

day in I think it was a coffee talk maybe even in an email I forget my days are starting

to blend together but we are going to be making some changes and I will explain exactly

why we decided to make these changes really hard decision by the way this is our typical

Monday mindset and I know a lot of you have said that you like them and you enjoy them

and I may still do them.

Same thing with our Friday Jam sessions something I really really enjoy doing I've been doing

the Friday question type podcast episode for years.

I have been podcasting now for over I have to look at the exact but it's over six years

it might even be pushing seven years which just mind blowing that it's been that long.
