shop has them sitting over there and they weren't going to be able to put them on until next week, but they had a cancellation on an appointment and managed to squeeze me in today at 8.30 my time, so I figured, being that the treads are starting to separate, it might be time to try and get the old car in there.

How many miles can one get on tires up in the harsh weather of Canada?

Ah, 40,000 miles.

Yeah, with a, with a half decent tire, you're good for 40, 40,000 miles, 30, 40,000 miles.

I just wait until the guy at the car place tells me I need new tires, and then he charges me an arm and a leg, so.
