You want to be influential of people?

You're gonna have to understand something.

You are always making people feel something.

So when you knock on their door, you make a phone call,

you recruit a new person you're leading, you are always making people feel something.

You need to be intentional about what it is they're feeling.

Most people are oblivious to the fact that when I shake their hand or I meet them or we talk,

or you knock on their door. From the

instant I look or hear from you you are making me feel something. To the

extent that you can control what that is, which is a transfer of energy, is to the extent that you will begin to

influence people. I am cognizant almost all the time that I'm making somebody feel something.

And if I don't like how I'm making them feel, I instantly begin to intentionally change

the energy that I'm giving them,

because that's persuasion.
