Yes. Okay. So today we had a special guest on Sheila Ray

Greguar and like she said, Jaguar, but add the Greg in front. Gregor. Yep. And we talked about

her book called The Great Sex Rescue. Yes. And it has a, you know, one of those little life rafts that

you would throw out to someone if they're drowning and you know, help, I'm drowning. And I think the

reality is for many people who have grown up in Christian culture, sexuality is an area of

their life where they feel like they're drowning. And not just because they're struggling with

something outside the marriage like pornography or affairs. I mean, obviously we deal with that a lot on this podcast and that's an

issue. But for many people, and this often goes unaddressed or unspoken because it's harder to

bring up, they feel like they're drowning within the sexuality with their spouse. And if we could

be honest, more often than not, it's the wife, the female, who is feeling like her needs don't matter.

And she's just there to meet the needs of her husband.

And so this podcast with Sheila, I think it's really going to be challenging for some.

It's mind opening.

But I think so important for us to rediscover how do we find a biblical view of marriage sexuality that,
