Well, she talks about She she recovers and their mission

to help women recovering from not just alcohol problems, but depression, self-harm, all of that kind of

There's nothing else quite like it. And there is temptation everywhere. And there's also people

that trigger us everywhere, family members, friends,

all that messaging about how our life should look over Christmas. Well, we have a free support

group for anybody who is struggling through this time of years, for driving, not just surviving

the holiday sober. And there's a bunch of free workshops and

support groups and Q&As. We're going to cover topics like how to deal with people,

why sober fun is better than drunk fun, staying sober whilst everyone else is drunk, all of that

kind of stuff. So you just have to sign up. It's completely free.
