You're listening to sound opinions and now it's time for the music from the Beatles rock band, the new video game that we talked about just a few weeks ago

on the show with one of the forces behind that at the Massachusetts-based Harmonics

company now we have the numbers big news here The Beatles Rock Band in its first month sold

nearly 600,000 copies. So it was a big month for music video games because it was

followed closely by Activision's entry in the music video game market.

Guitar Hero 5, we sold nearly 500,000 copies.

So, Jim, even though video game sales

had dropped off earlier this year just like everything else in this tough

economy.
