Hey everyone, welcome to the podcast this week. How is going this has been a crazy winter so much snow for

so many of you there's been no snow here in arizona where i'm at but tons and tons of rain lots of moisture

so hope you are surviving the excessive wetness wherever you are at. Hopefully you can be

doing some fun things at least if you are close to the snow or in the snow. Today, I wanted to do

a listener shout out because I haven't done one in a really, really long time. I love it when you guys leave reviews for the podcast.
