1:01.0	So it's time to start planning for 2021, so I have a bunch of meetings to go over like the success of this year to go over the budget for next year to go over financials for this year.
1:15.0	My team and I have a meeting in a couple of weeks, so I'm preparing slide decks to go over with my team to set the tone for what 2021 looks like for Anchor Media.
1:26.0	I've been meeting with HR consultant because we have a lot of plans as far as human resources go and just the organizational structure goes.
1:37.0	So I've been meeting with HR consultant to work out all the details of what the HR side looks like for Anchor Media.
1:45.0	It's a lot going on. It's a lot of big-boss stuff that I've had to do in addition to serving my family and my other responsibilities and just making sure again that I'm doing showing up well.
1:58.0	And I'm showing up as my best to everything that God has called me to and I tell you guys all the time on this show that I'm not going to come on here just to run my mouth.
2:07.0	I'm going to come on here.
2:09.0	Have something to say. So that means I got a way to Sunday to do it.
2:13.0	And that's just what it's going to be because I'm going to give you guys a quality episode every time.
2:18.0	I'm going to give you all the last of me, especially because this podcast is what has catapulted so many of the amazing things that's going on in my life right now business wise and God is just amazing.
2:32.0	And I'm not going to give up this platform because there are other amazing things going on just like I said, I'm finding my way.
