sweet marjoram.

Sweet marjoram's Latin name is Organum marjorana, not to be confused with Organum vulgari,

which is the common or wild marjoram. Sweet marjoram is often used in

aromatherapy, not so much the common marjoram. So usually if you just check the Latin name,

make sure it says organum marjoranum if you're looking for that sweet marjoram. But it's very well

known for soothing aching muscles. You can create a really simple muscle

rub using a carrier oil and marjoram. And in the Roman literature, it was known as the herb of happiness.
