I'm doing good.

I mean, we're figuring this out.

It's starting to become more of a normal workflow for me.

How about you?

Yeah, you kind of learn how to, you know, take the day instead of just kind of sitting around and being a blob all day, you kind of, I think it's important, at least for me to kind of have a structure and, know I'm going to work from you know ten to four

that I'm going to I'm going to take my walk at five and you know do this at seven and I think it kind of

helps make it more of a normal day instead of just sitting around saying

What am I gonna get out of here? So you know I think the more the more you can kind of create a routine and have some sort of normalcy at least for me it definitely helps.

Yeah I know I've kind of settled into a similar type of rhythm. We have a lot to get to today.

We're going to take a look at all the Super Bowl guys, all the Super Bowl starters who have found new teams.

We'll figure out one big key player for the last 10 years who doesn't have a team, try to figure out why that's happening to him right now.

I have a list of Eagles who I think missing O TAs will really hurt this year.

We'll go through a few of those.

And then later on I have a fun exercise I

asked you to come up with a list of the five best players you've ever covered

so we'll have some fun with that. I'm looking forward to that.
