Today, I've got a special guest, another interview, that I'm going to be doing, and this

one is going to be with Adam Smith from Nitch website, Builders, who also happens to be

the company that I'm using for my $9,000 case study, my Nitch property, that is.

And I announced this a few months back, and now what I'm doing is having Adam come back
