And it's really important.

About little kids.

There's a big study, it was just in the journal,

it's the journal of the American Association pediatrics saying that if you let your kid use a tablet like when you're three four five and on it causes more frequent temper tantrums in life.

They say it's what they call it it's a may contribute to a cycle of problems and emotional regulation the authors wrote and I think

My perception is that's true

But it's not judgmental because this is all new stuff that parents are dealing with and that may be you too like

Like like even like parents generationally in the past didn't have to think about this

So it's so fun for the kids and it's so engrossing it's

effective but that engrossing thing is because it's it's trains them to

enjoy that more than real life I think that happens with adults and video games too it's like sometimes it's more fun than real life

But they're finding it like the frustration temper tantrums anger issues and it gets a cycle and it gets worse and worse.

So something to be aware of and we're all learning about this.

You got a dog, think about your dog for a second, one of the most impressive things I think it's

true that they do, that they're capable of doing is going from I'm completely asleep

So I'm sprinting after a ball in 0.04 seconds

That's very true or time to eat, and then booshing,
