And it's another Monday.

We had just finished up an amazing accountability meeting inside Swol TV.

We had some awesome Swole fan post.

We really went deep on some Thanksgiving follow-ups. We had one of

our members that was, you know, having to defend her allergies, to defend her sensitivities and

really kind of put a lot of stress on her from her family because she was making certain choices

with foods at Thanksgiving because some of them gave her

poor reactions and didn't make her feel good and she didn't want to have them. And it was kind of,

you know, stressful and frustrating, which is kind of like, you know, it's an unfortunate part of this

time of year when you're spending time with, it's almost like you're forced to spend time with

certain people that maybe you wouldn't choose to out of entertainment. You are doing it just arbitrarily because it's a tradition

or you feel obligated to. But, you know, we went through it and we talked through it. And I'm

sure a lot of you have had similar situations. If not this past, Thanksgiving, you've had it in the

past yourself or you can at least commiserate

and understand. So today's accountability meeting was powerful. It was amazing. We had great new

releases. We did a nuts on Chin unplugged. It was excellent. So members, you can catch the replay
