That's a big question that a lot of people are asking right now, how will this affect

the money shuffle?

The thing is it'll crack it up, the money shuffle, it'll go to different places around

the globe and each venue will have opportunities to try to pull in additional funding through

tourism and so on.

But of course it also lowers the appeal for the central host because actually some of

the money will be psychoned off toward South America and so we're going to have to see

how this all plays out.

I mean a lot of it is in the finer print too in terms of how these contracts are negotiated

with FIFA and who gets to be involved in the money shuffle.
