We got Colby from Trowel Inc. He is a young plaster here in Boston because apparently that's the only place in the world.

Well, in the US that still plasterers and we're going to talk all things plastering why I think it's better than drywall. I can't wait for everyone to tell me I'm wrong.

Yeah, I don't I don't disagree. I would love I would love if that was the standard here or if we could get it done. I I think it'd be it be neat. It's just unrealistic kind of.

Yeah, it's to me, it's weird that, you know, and again, I'm blinded. I've I've lived in the Northeast or embossed in my hope or around Boston my whole life.

So it's like, this is all I've known, but it is unfortunate that no more markets don't have access to it. And I wonder as we're having this conversation today, I do wonder if markets were able to get the product.

Would there be a demand for it? Where would it drive, you know, people to learn, you know, plaster and we talk about all things plaster production plaster all the way to what he calls architectural plaster, where, you know, we get into more, you know, architecturally driven finishes, you know, whether it's the color or even not molding it.

I sculpting it is the word I was looking for water proofing water proof plaster micro cements. I do think that the the trade in itself, while it's very localized.

We're going to start seeing a lot of, you know, focus on it because of things like micro plaster, where you're getting into these waterproof, you know, you've seen it on our projects, the waterproof tub, the monolithic walls and showers and I think that there's just going to be a larger demand for it.

Yeah, it would be, it would be, it would be something cool to integrate into a project.

I don't know, it's just, it's not, we don't have it down here. Unfortunately, so it's, it's drywall.

And then a lot of old plaster walls that get patched or drywalled over.

But we make do, we do. Well, you do.

From an approved shop drive, which is insane to think about considering, you know, I mean, they have a decent size shop, but it's not, it's not like their shop is, you know, hundreds of people and talking them on the podcast and how quickly they're turning outside for huge jobs and I'm like, you think myself, how the heck are you guys maintaining these short lead times with, you know, even even custom stuff, but they're doing it and they're, they're keeping on top of things.

If, you know, everyone's running into supply chain issues right now with everything and they are not wild.

Despite the better called duration setting can be installed at any temperature and it's 12 inch tongue and group butt joint is a great solution for a stucco look without the hassles and potential mold issues associated with stucco, which I never even considered that as a detail on the side of the home.

But we have a project, our Rhode Island project, we're detailing some quote unquote stucco areas and this is definitely been in the conversation.

Yeah, it's, it's impressive to see what that looks like in person, because hearing it, like if I heard you read that, I'd be like, yeah, that doesn't even make sense.
