No guest in the history of ADHD reWired has appeared as many times as Tom Nardone, and he joins me again on this episode. If you’re new to the podcast, Tom and I have been friends since the start of this show. He is the host of . Tom was diagnosed with brain cancer in September of 2017. In this episode, you’ll hear a lot of laughter and emotion from Tom. Tom is always an open book, and this visit to the podcast is no exception. Most of this conversation is Tom sharing the emotions that he is experiencing at this stage of his brain cancer recovery. When first I have to call with you I was in the middle of my second move and I just

lock myself out my apartment left my keys at work I thought but they weren't there and I was

didn't really have anywhere to stay for the weekend. It was just like a terrible situation and and I really that point I had just come to like a

dead stop thing in my life. I mean I really stopped progressing on so many things and

was so overwhelmed by that procrastinating on everything I possibly could really I mean I was I was just like embarrassed and really I was just embarrassed and ashamed about it about that and ability to move forward and that's really what this group gave back to me is that is my not

only like my ability to move ahead but also direction and the ability to move forward on my goals too and

I realized so much during our time together,
