I was just talking about how I've been watching the below deck channel on Peacock.

It's been on like constantly.

And in like it has been my life saver.

So in all like okay like to be serious like get real like I'm

I'm going through this MS flare right now right and it bad. Like, it's like affected my whole leg.

My leg doesn't work, it doesn't leg, I can't, you know, walk, it's a whole thing,

I've got all these muscle problems, I got these pain problems, although the pain is considerably less with Lexi's

interventions.

So it's been really bad and it's caught, you know, there's a lot of, you know, like I'm dealing with a lot of emotional stuff too because it's like I'm going down to see my kid at college this weekend and I can't run a 5k with him because obviously I could barely even walk and you know it's just like there's a lot.

Emotionally it's been really really fucking hard and so the below deck channel has proven to be the exact right perfect like level of

intellectual simulation that I can handle like I can't handle anything too serious because I'm so emotional about everything else like everything sets me off right like you know, the wrong ASPCA commercial is going to set me off.

I'm going to start balling and stuff.

And, and like, there's like, I just listen to some podcasts while I was in the bath,

because that's where I listen to like my audio books and stuff.

But having like below deck is like I can't like I can't watch the news.

I can't like I can't watch anything that I really need to focus on because my brain's not really all there.

And so Below Deck has proven to be exactly what I need.

And it's like the Below Tech channel on Peacock is great because this I mean okay so I like I can go watch any episode I want I've seen all the seasons a thousand times I have it on demand I can go and watch it so if I felt like oh I need to go watch the season I can go put that one on

but the thing about the the channel on people because it's like it's like roulette it's like what

below deck am I going to get?

You just, you don't know which one it's going to be on.

That sounds fun.
