Well, I introduced John today, and I went with very personal introduction, and I think that works as well.

On this podcast, many of you may not know that before I worked with Dave, I had the opportunity to spend three years working with John Maxwell,

and obviously he has respected around the world for his leadership teaching and his writing.

But I respect John so much, because I think if all of us take just a moment, and we think back through our life,

who are the men and women who maybe gave us a hand up, who opened up a door for us that we would not have been able to open up on our own,

and John Maxwell was somebody that, for whatever reason, I don't know if he had poor judgment, but he saw something in me,

and gave me an opportunity to be on stages in front of thousands upon thousands, and really opened up a huge pathway for me that led to where I'm at now.

I simply introduced John as that man, and I challenged leaders to be that for somebody else in their organization or in their lives,

find somebody that needs a helping hand. It doesn't have to be somebody who's down and out, but just maybe a young leader who you see something in them,
