0:55.5	you have a 700% tariff from Japan on American rice.
0:59.5	You have a 100% tariff from India on American agricultural products.
1:04.1	You have nearly a 300% tariff from Canada on American butter and American cheese.
1:09.5	This makes it virtually impossible for American products to be imported into these markets.
1:15.3	And it has put a lot of Americans out of business and out of work over the past several decades.
1:19.9	So it's time for reciprocity.
1:21.9	And it's time for a president to take historic change to do what's right for the American people.
1:26.7	And that's going to take place on Wednesday.
1:28.4	I think they need to do that more often,
1:32.4	because the perception seems to be, okay, we're doing this to you,
1:38.5	so you can go ahead and reciprocate now.
