There's a perspective, at least within American evangelical Protestantism, which holds that

when an individual becomes a Christian, all of that individual sins, and that is defined

as past, present, and future sins in this context.

They're all forgiven at that point in time.

And in the future, should that individual commit a sin, that sin is immediately, I guess you'd say,
