Welcome to Keep the Heart. This is a trailer for 2026, and I'm Francie Taylor, your podcast host.

I thought it would be a good time for us to explain what goes on with the Keep the Heart podcast,

0:13.1

because our first year in 2021, we were recording an episode per week, 52 episodes. I look back on that year and I have no idea how

0:26.7

they got done except for that sometimes I would take my podcast microphone with me on my trips

0:33.1

because many of you know that I'm also a conference teacher, speaker frequently at ladies' retreats and conferences around the country.

I did come to think about a verse as I was looking at her letter, and I thought, my goodness, I don't know this letter writer personally, but I do know that she's missing out on what is described in 1 Timothy 6.6 as great gain.

1:49.2

And you know what that is too if you know that verse.

1:51.8

But godliness with contentment is great gain.

1:55.1

We are not going to like our lives if we are not both godly and contented. The godliness can't be erased from that

2:10.0

but I also wanted you to know that I'll be looking forward to hopefully meeting many of you

2:14.7

in person this year. Every year at conferences, I meet people who listen to the
