For people who are typically kind of chill, you might need to psych yourself up a little bit for later in the year.

I find myself already, woo, like, okay, easy big guy, like take a walk outside.

This is another maturation that we're all being asked to embody in a new way.

I think people are going to realize how saturated they've been with collective noise and they're going

to start seeking out this quiet moments of like, I'm just here now.

And that will enable us to make our creations much more sustainable.
