liked the oscars i uh as a big movie fan as we all are listening to this watching this uh

i don't know it was maybe it was because especially as a kid it was like the most like sports where you're giving out an award and like nominees.

And there was nothing cooler than, you know, following who like the MVP was as a kid.

Like who were going to be the all NBA guys, who were going to be the all stars who were going to be.

Remember NHL 94 and NHL 95 when they would have the award shows and they had the finalists and the three things

and so it was like the combination of sports and movies and sort of like melding them together

and it's a little bit different obviously like with there's like stats and everything else you can

look at when you're trying to find an MVP different than trying to find the best movie but similar and so I I enjoy that aspect of it and even

as a kid having not watched all those movies I was always kind of fascinated on like what were

the best movies and then as we kind of like you get older you can look back in the history

like famous snubs or like surprise

wins and all that crap so i've always been fascinated by it i try to watch most of the movies

every year and most years i feel like the list will come out and it'll be like eight nine

ten nominated best picture movies now and i've i've seen

three of them or four of them and i'm like i was a little daunting let's go let's go rip through all

these because i i am a uh nothing if not a what's the word i don't want to say cinephile because i
