Welcome, everyone, to the Pat Mayo experience where there's a first that we're doing for the underdog PGA best ball draft.

Draftathon. I'm going to have a bunch of guests on. We're going to do some drafts. Maybe if you're hanging out in the chat, maybe we'll get on and we'll do a draft together. Who knows how this is going to go? It's freewheeling. It's live. If you're listening to this after the fact, Spotify video might be helpful with all the visual aids, but we're going to try to construct this that you can listen to an audio podcast as well by announcing the picks and the decisions that we're going to make. At first, I'm going to go through some of the guys that I'm targeting a little bit later. We're going to review some drafts that I've done already and show you the difference that I've encountered so far between doing my actual drafts on underdog in person versus uploading the CSV or doing my rankings within the system.

Just to see how those two teams have come out.

The teams that I have auto-drafted are not very good.

And that's what I've noticed versus a lot of the field that if you end up in a draft

with three real-life players drafting and three auto-drafts where the rankings are set,

they can get exploited pretty easily.

They end up with great projections on their teams, but they're very unlikely to escape

round one because they just do not have critical spots filled.

Should Brooks be able to come back to the PGA towards me and Mike for like two hours? It's a lot of fun, his goals. And he even told him he's a top 10 fantasy pick, and he told me that was a terrible idea.

But hey, here we are. Once I explained to him the rules of how this works, he was much more satisfied with him being the top 10 pick because he's just playing so much.

So we're going to break down some strategy, review some drafts, and I do have some updates to my rankings that I'm going to go over during the course of the show because I've done 25 of these drafts now and stuff changes once you get you're in it, you're in the weeds and you're figuring out how these drafts actually work.
