The triple-digit feels-like number yesterday really made me wonder or realize that summer is here.

And we are in the dog days of summer. It is going to be hot once again. A heat dome has settled over the central part of the United States. I'm sure you feel the same way. Shannon, you've been working inside for 20, 30 plus years at this point. Yesterday, man, I was out there shoveling rocks again, trying to finish up my landscape project. Oh, yeah, landscaper dude. Yeah, I went out there and I was just shoveling away. So, yeah, I would say everybody, be careful out there, especially if you get to work outdoors today. I'll probably be out there at some point later on today again, doing some stuff later on tonight. Look at you. You don't care about the heat. No, you know, I'm young. I can still get it. But instead of taking the cash up front, he negotiated a deal that spread out $30 million in guaranteed payments each year from 2011 to $2035.

So he will get his over a million dollars today.
